Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS) received an official visit from Sehan University, South Korea, on October 16, 2024. The purpose of this visit was to discuss potential collaboration in a double degree program between the two institutions.

The representative from Sehan University, Head of International Office, Park Su Jin, Ph.D., was warmly welcomed by UMS, represented by the Head of Academic Collaboration, Denny Vitasari, Ph.D., and the Head of Mobility and Hospitality, Sri Indra Kurnia, S.K.M., M.P.H., from the Office of Collaboration and International Affairs.

The discussions during the meeting emphasized the importance of international collaboration in higher education. The double degree program is expected to provide valuable opportunities for students from both universities to gain broader academic experiences and support their career development on a global scale.
