Pati, November 30, 2024 — Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS) proudly participated in an Expo held to commemorate Muhammadiyah’s 112th anniversary, organized by Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah (PCM) Sukolilo, Pati, on November 30, 2024. The event attracted a large and enthusiastic crowd, including the Minister of Primary and Secondary Education of the Republic of Indonesia, Prof. Dr. Abdul Mu’ti, M.Ed., as well as teachers and education staff from Muhammadiyah schools across Pati Regency.
At the Expo, UMS showcased a wide range of academic programs, including opportunities for prospective students to join both regular and international programs. The UMS booth quickly became a popular destination, drawing significant interest from students and educators eager to learn more about the university’s offerings, the registration process, and the state-of-the-art facilities that support high-quality learning experiences at UMS.
The UMS delegation included Wijianto, M.Eng. Sc., Head of the International Class Division at the Office of Collaboration & International Affairs, who shared insights into the various international programs available. He was supported by Alex Kurniawan, S.Pd., and Dwi Kristiawan, S.Sos., both staff members from the Office of Collaboration & International Affairs, who provided further details on UMS’s distinguished programs and global collaborations.
